Manage daily field operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within quality standards. Coordinate and direct subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders. Enforce site safety requirements and maintain a strong safety culture. Monitor project schedules and proactively resolve field issues to maintain project milestones. Conduct site meetings and communicate project progress with project teams and leadership. Ensure compliance with contract documents, project specifications, and local regulations. Maintain high-quality standards throughout all phases of construction. MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful ApplicantA successful Superintendent should have:Experience serving as a Superintendent on ground-up commercial construction projects.Prior experience managing municipal, public-sector, civic, educational, or similar institutional projects.Strong knowledge of scheduling, safety, quality control, and subcontractor management.Ability to lead field teams and coordinate multiple project stakeholders.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
