Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and coordination for all on-site construction activities, serving as the primary field contact for the project team. • Schedule and direct daily construction activities to ensure timely completion of work. • Ensure projects are constructed in accordance with contractual documents, specifications, and quality standards. Understand scope and identify changes. • Monitor, identify, and enforce safety and environmental standards. • Facilitate weekly progress meetings with the design team, trade partners, and internal stakeholders. • Maintain and distribute jobsite documentation, including Daily Reports, JSAs, Inspections, etc. • Manage self-performed activities to ensure that work is being performed within the established project budget, production, and schedule. • Coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions and ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulations. • Oversee punch list development, completion, and project closeout activities. • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized jobsite at all times.
