Superintendent

We are looking for a Superintendent to manage Commerical Interior Up-fit, Renovation, and Remodeling projects in the Raleigh-Durham area. Projects range from $500k to $2M commercial, retail & industrial projects. Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day jobsite operations, supervising personnel and subcontractors
• Review project plans and maintain thorough knowledge of all building components and systems
• Meet with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and government officials to resolve conflicts and coordinate solutions
• Anticipate potential issues and implement cost-effective, timely remedies
• Document daily jobsite activities and upload photos to Procore
• Enforce and model company safety standards and protocols
• Assist with special projects or additional duties as needed

Requirements:

• Solid understanding of commercial construction processes, materials, and maintenance requirements
• Proven leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and proactive problem-solving
• Familiarity with Procore or similar construction management software a plus
• Commitment to maintaining a safe, high-quality jobsite
