Superintendent - Raleigh

My client is seeking a Superintendent to oversee commercial construction projects in the Raleigh, NC market, with a preference for candidates who have healthcare project experience. Description

The key responsibilities of the Superintendent are:

• Lead on-site construction activities for commercial renovation and fit-out projects.
• Manage project execution to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project teams throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Monitor project quality and maintain high construction standards.
• Support communication between field operations, project management teams, and clients.
• Oversee healthcare and commercial upfit projects ranging from approximately $1M to $22M.
• Drive project success while contributing to a growing portfolio of awarded work.

Profile

The successful Superintendent will have the following:

• Minimum 5 years of experience running construction projects as a Superintendent.
• Proven commercial construction experience is required.
• Healthcare construction or renovation experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to lead field teams and coordinate multiple project stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of construction scheduling, quality, and site operations.
• Must be based in or near Raleigh, NC.
