Superintendent - Renewable Energy

Rachel Contracting is seeking qualified candidates for the role of Renewable Energy Superintendent, with project assignments primarily located throughout the Midwest and Central United States. Rachel Contracting is a specialty site-work contractor performing earthwork, demolition and utilities primarily in the Midwest/Central US region. Responsibilities and Duties: Perform site grading and oversee civil construction activities for industrial, solar, and wind energy projects, including road improvements and maintenance, drainage systems, dewatering, soil stabilization, foundation excavation and backfill, utilities, and other necessary site improvements. Collaborate with subcontractors to plan and execute work, interpret project specifications, and coordinate multiple phases of construction to ensure timely project completion. Monitor work in progress to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and construction schedules through regular communication with the Project Manager and General Superintendent. Manage and lead a field workforce of approximately 5 to 25 team members, including equipment operators and laborers. Support the Project Manager in material procurement, scheduling, and project documentation to maintain project efficiency. Enforce company safety policies and ensure all personnel comply with established safety standards and project requirements.
