Description

* Lead on-site delivery of renovation and TI projects from start to finish
* Coordinate daily field operations, subcontractors, and schedules
* Partner closely with Project Managers to align execution and client expectations
* Maintain safety standards, quality control, and site documentation
* Utilise Procore, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6 for project tracking

Profile

* 7+ years' experience as a Superintendent in commercial interiors/TI
* Proven ability to co-manage projects with Project Managers
* Strong knowledge of active renovation environments and sequencing
* Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6
* OSHA certification required

Job Offer

Salary: $110,000-$130,000 + overtime + shift differential
* 15% shift differential + OT after 48 hours
* All projects local - no travel required
* Stable pipeline with high repeat business and tenure
