The company is known for its consistent delivery of high-quality projects and its commitment to excellence in the Boston area.Job DescriptionManage daily on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain workflow efficiency. Monitor compliance with safety standards and regulations at all times. Review and interpret construction plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure accuracy and quality. Supervise and direct on-site personnel and subcontractors to achieve project goals. Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project requirements. Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and progress updates. Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction blueprints and specifications. Knowledge of safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project needs.What's on OfferCompetitive base salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 USD per year.
