Description
- Manage daily on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Monitor compliance with safety standards and regulations at all times.
- Review and interpret construction plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Supervise and direct on-site personnel and subcontractors to achieve project goals.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project requirements.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and progress updates.
- Proactively address and resolve any construction-related issues or delays.
Profile
A successful Superintendent should have:
