Superintendent - Residential & Commercial RenovationsThe Superintendent - Residential & Commercial Renovations will:Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and efficient operations.Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety standards and addressing potential hazards.Monitor project progress, including scheduling, quality control, and adherence to design specifications.Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction to minimize delays or disruptions.Prepare and maintain accurate daily logs and progress reports for each project.Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.Provide leadership and direction to construction teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
