Job Details

We are seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead high end luxury custom home builds throughout the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily field operations for high end luxury residential projects
  • Manage subcontractors, vendors, schedules, inspections and site logistics
  • Ensure strong craftsmanship, clean job sites and consistent field execution
  • Coordinate materials, sequencing and field problem solving from start to finish
  • Maintain accountability for timelines, quality control and project delivery

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of superintendent experience in high end luxury residential construction
  • Strong background managing custom home builds in the Dallas Fort Worth market
  • Ability to work across Dallas, Downtown Dallas and the broader Metroplex
  • Strong subcontractor management, scheduling and field leadership skills
  • Professional, detail oriented and comfortable working with high net worth clients
