About Our Client
A Florida-based luxury residential builder experiencing rapid, controlled growth, projected to reach $150M-$170M in annual revenue this year. The company works directly with developers- including nationally recognized luxury communities - and prioritizes quality, repeat relationships, and standardized processes.
Job Description- Lead all on-site construction activities from start to finish
- Coordinate subcontractors and enforce schedule milestones
- Maintain strict quality control and safety compliance
- Interface with project management and developer reps
- Drive site execution in line with established SOPs

The Successful Applicant- 8+ years of superintendent or senior field leadership experience
- Proven delivery of ground-up residential or complex builds
- Strong trade coordination and leadership presence
- Comfortable operating within structured processes and SOPs
What's on Offer- $130,000-$140,000 base salary
- Bonus typically ~10%
- 100% employer-paid healthcare (employee)
- 401(k): 100% match up to 3%, 50% match up to 5%
- Stable developer-backed project pipeline
