Job Description- Manage all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Supervise subcontractors and onsite personnel to maintain high-quality standards and safety protocols.
- Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.
- Oversee scheduling, inspections, and materials procurement to avoid delays.
- Enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including daily logs and reports.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent - Residential Construction should have: - Active DOB License
- Experience in managing NYCHA ground-up construction projects, preferably in the building and construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Ability to solve problems proactively and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A detail-oriented approach to ensure quality control and compliance with project specifications.
