Superintendent - Residential Construction

Job TitleSite ManagerJob DescriptionSite Supervision: Oversee all day-to-day field activities for a ground-up multifamily condominium project.Team Leadership: Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure efficient project execution.Schedule Management: Drive construction schedules and proactively identify and resolve delays.Safety Compliance: Manage site safety and enforce compliance with all OSHA and company safety standards.Quality Control: Conduct daily site inspections to maintain quality control and workmanship standards.Documentation: Ensure all work is performed in accordance with project plans, specifications, and applicable building codes.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
