Known for its repeat-client relationships, collaborative culture, and entrepreneurial environment, the company empowers field leaders with autonomy, resources, and direct access to leadership while maintaining a true family-oriented atmosphere.Job DescriptionManage all on-site construction activities from project kickoff through closeout. Lead projects ranging from approximately $1M to $20M+, with a typical focus on $2M-$10M projects. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and daily field operations. Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within quality standards. Serve as the primary field representative and client-facing leader on assigned projects. Prepare and maintain daily reports utilizing Procore. Develop and manage three-week look-ahead schedules. Lead jobsite safety initiatives and maintain excellent safety performance. Collaborate with Project Managers, Assistant Superintendents, and Field Engineers to achieve project goals. Manage project durations typically ranging from 4-8 months, with some larger projects lasting up to one year.
