Superintendent - Retail/Commercial Construction

The company is seeking a Superintendent to oversee day-to-day field operations on ground-up retail and commercial projects ranging from $5M to $30M.

Description

• Manage jobsite safety, quality, and productivity
• Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and material deliveries
• Develop and maintain project schedules
• Conduct weekly coordination meetings
• Review construction drawings and specifications
• Work closely with Project Managers to ensure project success
• Maintain detailed daily reports and project documentation
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within quality standards

Profile

• 5+ years of superintendent experience with a general contractor
• Experience leading ground-up retail and commercial projects
• Strong scheduling and coordination skills
• Working knowledge of OSHA requirements
• Proficiency with Procore and construction technology platforms
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractor trades
