We are a top GC in the northeast with a large backlog of projects ranging from $3-$45M. We are looking for someone with ground up restaurant/ retail experience. We are looking to add to our field ops team with a strong candidate who is looking for the opportunity for career growth. Job Details

• 4+ years of General Contractor Experience
• Experience with new construction and site work as well as TI projects
• Experience overseeing projects ranging from $5M to $30M
• Local Sub contractor relations are a plus
• Ability to effectively manage a project schedule and budget
• Procore experience is a plus
