This long-term development consists of over 1,000 units across multiple phases and offers the opportunity to play a key role on a high-profile residential project with years of backlog and growth ahead.
Phase 1 includes approximately 300 garden-style apartment units across multiple 3-story buildings with carport parking and extensive site amenities.

Description
- Manage all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to schedule and budget.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Oversee site safety and compliance with all regulations and standards.
- Review and interpret blueprints, project plans, and specifications.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Resolve any issues that may arise during construction to minimize delays.
- Maintain high-quality standards across all phases of construction.
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Profile
A successful Superintendent should have:
- Proven experience managing construction projects in the property industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
- Problem-solving skills to address challenges and ensure project success.
