Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on with extensive HCAI (formerly OSHPD) experience to lead complex healthcare projects ranging from $20M to $250M+. The Superintendent will be responsible for jobsite safety, quality, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and overall field execution.

Description

Our Superintendent will be responsible for:

  • Coordinate the work of all construction substrates in conjunction with the main office.
  • Arrange, monitor and be present for agency inspections.
  • Read and comprehend the information contained in architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and landscape drawings and specifications.
  • Review shop drawings and other reports prepared by testing and inspection agency. Prepare and monitor RFI's.
  • Prepare daily report forms and progress photographs.
  • Working knowledge familiarity with computer operating systems including Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel; and opening, preparing, scanning, printing, and sending PDF files and other documents.
  • Actively engage design professionals, subcontractors, project managers, and local officials, when needed, to problem solve, mitigate conflicts, and resolve disputes.
  • Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly job site; and enforce job site safety standards.

Profile

The ideal Senior Superintendent will have:

  • 7+ years of Superintendent experience
  • Strong OSHPD/HCAI experience is required
  • Hospital/healthcare construction project background
  • Software experience: Procor, Bluebeam, MS Project, P6, Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor of Construction Management preferred, not required

Job Offer

We are offering this role:

  • Base salary of $160k - $220k, depending on experience
  • $650/month vehicle allowance
