Many of the responsibilities required of this position necessitate work at construction sites. As such, while performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to outside whether conditions, moving mechanical parts, high, precarious places, and fumes or airborne particles. Additionally, the noise level, while on site, is often loud. The employee will be required to complete Health and Safety training prior to going to a work site.
When not on site, the employee is expected to work in a typical office environment and work closely with other staff members. Projects are often handled by members in various service areas and the office afford them the opportunity to meet and work on tasks together.
Benefits & Perks
The base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $130,000 annualized for a full-time role. Salary is dependent various factors, including qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. You may also be eligible for discretionary incentives and share ownership.
