Description
Profile
- 5+ years of Superintendent experience within commercial construction
- Stable work history with strong tenure and minimal employment gaps
- Experience managing projects valued between $2M-$20M
- Background in hospitality, retail, automotive, commercial, or similar project sectors
- Strong understanding of construction scheduling, sequencing, and site management
- Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (CSL)
- OSHA 30 certification required
- LEED AP certification preferred
- Willingness to travel throughout Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Connecticut, and occasionally Maine as project needs require
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
