Superintendent For Commercial Construction ProjectsEstablished General Contractor is looking for a Superintendent for Commercial Construction projects in Southern NH & Northern MA area to start ASAP! Specialize in Design/Build - Commercial, Warehouse, Medical, Financial, Retail, Automotive projects - both new construction & renovation work valued between $1-20M. Ideal candidate is looking for an opportunity to grow professionally with an established company long term! Apply today for immediate consideration!Job Description:Reviewing and coordinating construction drawings with tenants, architects, engineers, and subcontractorsSupervising all construction activities on the project siteCompleting all required weekly documents, including but not limited to daily reports, photos, safety checklists, and toolbox talksAttending weekly job meetings with the team and clientsMaintaining strict quality controls and performing regular quality inspections to ensure the final work product meets the highest quality standardsMaintaining schedule and job site safety to ensure timely project completionEnsuring specified and approved products are being installed properlyMonitoring daily project compliance with contract documents and safety regulationsManaging project closeouts, including punch lists and final documentationScheduling and coordinating all inspections, permits, sign-offs, and requests with local authoritiesPromoting teamwork by exhibiting dependability, responsibility, loyalty, flexibility, and a positive attitudeThe Successful Applicant:3+ years of experience as a Project Superintendent with a Commercial GCExperience running Ground Up projects is a MUST ($1M-$20M)Design/build experience & Steel/metal/wood framing knowledge is a plusExperience with project planning and scheduling, contracts, and project controls and proceduresSoftware proficiency including: Microsoft Suite, Bluebeam, Word & ExcelMassachusetts Construction Supervisor's License (CSL preferred)OSHA 10 certified (MUST have)OSHA 30 certified (preferred)Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent work experience, in Construction Supervision, Management, Architecture, engineering or a related discipline is preferredWhat's on Offer:Base salary up to $120K401(K) Profit Sharing PlanHealthcare/Dental PlanVehicle AllowanceGas CardCell phone stipendPaid Vacation and Sick TimeOpportunities for professional development and growthCollaborative and supportive work environmentA chance to work on diverse and exciting construction projectsJob Summary:SectorConstructionSub SectorSite ManagerIndustryPropertyLocationManchesterContract TypePermanent
