Job Description
Glimpse of your role:
- Leading daily field operations
- Managing subcontractor coordination
- Conducting safety meetings and enforcing safety standards
- Reviewing project schedules and sequencing work
- Working closely with the Project Manager to maintain schedule and budget
- Coordinating inspections
- Managing quality control
- Solving field issues quickly to maintain production
The Successful Applicant
What We're Looking For:
- 5-10+ years of commercial construction experience, including ground-up new construction.
- Proven ability to run projects valued at $10M+ while managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and clients.
- Skilled in Procore, MS Project, and other project management tools.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, permitting, and construction processes; background in estimating or field supervision is a plus.
