Job Description
- Supervise daily on-site construction activities to ensure project progress and quality.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to maintain schedules and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations at all times.
- Work closely with project managers to address challenges and maintain timelines.
- Inspect work completed by subcontractors to ensure it meets project specifications and standards.
- Monitor material deliveries and inventory to avoid project delays.
- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation and reports.
- Communicate project updates and issues to stakeholders as needed.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent-Tampa-Construction should have:
