Job Description
Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain project schedules. Monitor job site safety and enforce compliance with safety regulations. Ensure materials and equipment are available and meet project specifications. Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address potential issues. Communicate project updates and progress to project managers and stakeholders. Maintain detailed project records, including daily reports and site logs. Lead and motivate on-site teams to deliver projects successfully.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent-Tampa-Construction should have: experience with managing construction projects in the property industry. Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to effectively communicate with diverse teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in maintaining detailed project documentation and reports. Problem-solving skills to address on-site challenges effectively.
