Manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring work meets quality and safety standards.
Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, and clients to address challenges and provide updates.
Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety protocols.
Maintain accurate documentation, including daily logs and progress reports.
Oversee material delivery and inventory management for the site.
Lead site meetings to align teams and discuss project timelines and objectives.

A successful Superintendent-Tampa-Construction should have:
Experience in construction project management, specifically within the property industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
Knowledge of local building codes, safety standards, and regulations.
Ability to problem-solve and adapt to challenges on-site.
Proficiency in maintaining project documentation and managing budgets.
Commitment to quality and attention to detail in all aspects of construction.
Competitive salary ranging from $117,000 to $143,000.
