The Superintendent is responsible for the day-to-day operations on-site and provides management for all phases of client construction projects, including coordinating subcontractors, material and equipment, scheduling, inspections, quality control, and job site safety. The field superintendent is responsible for and will be held accountable for the timely completion of the project and ensuring that the project is constructed in strict accordance with plans, specifications, and local codes. Project types will generally fit into one of the following categories: ground-up (industrial, office, and medical), tenant improvement/build-out, and tenant remodel. Working with subcontractors and internal project management, the field superintendent ensures that project specifications are being strictly followed and work is proceeding on schedule, within budget, and in adherence to project standards and contract specifications.
