Locations: One in the East Valley, one in the West Valley
Work Environment: Nights and weekends only (while the bank is closed)
Project Type: Tenant Improvements
Must use their own vehicle.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years superintendent experience.
- Experience with bank projects and tenant improvements.
- Must provide references and list of completed projects.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee tenant improvement projects during night and weekend shifts.
- Manage subcontractors and project execution.
- Ensure deadlines, safety, and quality standards are met.
