Responsibilities
• Lead site operations from startup to closeout
• Coordinate multiple trades across complex scopes
• Drive meaningful three-week lookaheads
• Maintain accurate RFIs, ASIs, daily logs, and change tracking
• Enforce safety and quality standards
Required Experience
• 5+ years as a commercial superintendent
• Direct leadership of $2M–$15M projects
• Strong plan-reading and scheduling discipline
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors effectively
• OSHA 10
Highly Valued
• VA hospital or federal project experience
• Medical / healthcare facility construction
• Regulated or secure environment work
• OSHA 30
Compensation: $90K–$130K DOE + $5K signing bonus after 3 months + full benefits.
