We are a Florida commercial general contractor with a strong tenant improvement and interior commercial practice, delivering projects across multiple sectors throughout the state.

Our field leadership structure is straightforward: the Superintendent owns the field. We do not layer management between our Supers and the work. You will have a PM who supports the project, a leadership team that communicates clearly, and the authority to run your jobsite the way it needs to be run.

Job Details

You will manage all field operations for commercial tenant improvement projects in the Orlando, Florida area from mobilization through closeout.

Your responsibilities: driving the project schedule and holding subcontractors accountable to it. Coordinating all trades and managing daily site operations. Maintaining a safe, OSHA-compliant jobsite. Managing field documentation including RFIs, submittals, and punchlist. Partnering with the PM on cost and schedule performance. Serving as the primary field contact for the client, architect, and inspections team.
