Their continued growth, strong client relationships, and commitment to excellence have created an exciting opportunity for a talented Superintendent to join their team.Job DescriptionManage day-to-day field operations on ground-up commercial and industrial projectsLead all site activities from mobilization through final completionDirect subcontractors and vendors to maintain productivity and quality standardsCoordinate project sequencing and site logisticsDevelop and maintain short-term and long-term project schedulesIdentify potential delays and implement corrective action plansEnsure milestone dates and turnover deadlines are achievedOversee tilt wall construction activities, including planning, coordination, and executionManage concrete operations, structural components, and industrial building systemsEnsure compliance with plans, specifications, and project requirementsMaintain a strong safety culture across all job sitesConduct regular safety meetings and site inspectionsEnsure all work meets company quality standards and client expectationsMonitor and enforce OSHA complianceServe as the primary point of contact for field operationsWork closely with project managers, owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractorsMaintain accurate daily reports and project documentationParticipate in project meetings and progress reviewsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
