Description

* Manage day-to-day field operations for industrial ground-up projects exceeding $30M

* Lead project scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and site logistics

* Drive safety, quality control, and production goals on active jobsites

* Coordinate with project management teams to maintain budget and schedule objectives

* Travel between Central Florida project locations and oversee all field activities

Profile

* Experience as a Superintendent on industrial ground-up construction projects

* Proven background delivering concrete tilt wall projects

* Strong leadership skills managing subcontractors and field teams

* Ability to travel throughout Central Florida as project needs require

* Track record of delivering projects safely, on schedule, and to quality standards

Job Offer

$100,000 - $115,000 base salary + per diem + truck allowance
