They are currently seeking a Superintendent to help lead their operations in Houston. Please apply now for immediate consideration or reach out directly to Garrett Gale.Job DescriptionThe Superintendent will be responsible for:Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeoutManage subcontractors, field staff, and daily site operationsDrive schedule performance and coordinate trade sequencingEnsure work meets plans, specs, and quality standardsEnforce jobsite safety and OSHA complianceServe as primary on-site point of contact for owners and stakeholdersMaintain daily reports, site documentation, and project communicationSupport punch list, inspections, and project closeoutMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
