Job Description

As the Superintendent, you will oversee all field operations on commercial interior and renovation projects throughout the East Coast and Southeast. Partnering closely with Project Managers and project teams, you will drive safety, quality, schedule adherence, and client satisfaction from project kickoff through closeout.

  • Lead all on-site construction activities, subcontractor coordination, and field operations
  • Ensure projects are executed in accordance with plans, specifications, budgets, and schedules
  • Manage project safety programs and maintain best-in-class jobsite standards
  • Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and site logistics to ensure efficient project delivery
  • Drive quality control initiatives and proactively resolve construction challenges
  • Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships throughout project execution
  • Support project closeout activities, punch-list completion, and successful turnover

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-7+ years of experience as a Lead Superintendent on commercial interiors, tenant improvement, retail, hospitality, or renovation projects
  • Proven experience managing projects ranging up to $10M+
  • Strong background supervising subcontractors, schedules, logistics, and field operations
  • OSHA 30 certification required; additional safety credentials preferred
  • First Aid and CPR certification preferred
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Willingness to travel throughout the East Coast as required
