Job Description
- Lead all on-site construction activities from project startup through closeout
- Manage project schedules and coordinate daily field operations
- Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards
- Coordinate inspections and maintain project documentation
- Partner with project managers and preconstruction teams to execute project goals
- Drive schedule performance and proactively resolve field challenges
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and trade partners
- Lead project meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience as a Superintendent on ground-up construction projects
- Experience managing projects valued between $20M and $50M
- Strong background in municipal, education, public sector, or commercial construction
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to manage schedules, subcontractors, and field operations simultaneously
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with modern construction technology platforms preferred
- Stable work history with demonstrated career progression
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
