Superintendent - TOP ENR Commercial GC - Raleigh

The Superintendent will oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to quality standards. This role focuses on managing on-site activities, coordinating teams, and maintaining safety compliance.

Description

• Manage daily on-site construction activities from project start through completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders to maintain quality, safety, and schedule performance.
• Lead field operations for commercial construction projects including renovations and ground-up builds.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and company procedures.
• Maintain project documentation and communicate progress updates to project teams and leadership.
• Participate in project planning, scheduling, and site logistics coordination.
• Travel throughout North Carolina and South Carolina as business needs require, with a strong current workload concentrated in Charlotte and Raleigh.
• Support successful delivery of commercial projects including retail, restaurant, financial, multifamily, industrial, and other commercial developments.

Profile

• Previous experience as a Superintendent within commercial construction.
• Ability to manage multiple trades and field operations effectively.
• Experience with ground-up construction and renovation projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of construction safety practices and quality control processes.
• Willingness to travel throughout North Carolina and South Carolina as needed.
• Stable work history and commitment to delivering successful projects.
• Experience with commercial, industrial, multifamily, retail, or mixed-use projects preferred.
