Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project completion.
Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure milestones and deadlines are achieved.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and project stakeholders throughout construction.
Enforce company safety standards and promote a culture of jobsite excellence.
Monitor quality control and ensure all work is completed according to plans and specifications.
Conduct site meetings and communicate project progress to ownership and project teams.
Proactively identify and resolve field issues to minimize project delays.
Oversee punch list completion, commissioning activities, and project closeout.

The successful applicant will have:
5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or Lead Superintendent with a general contractor.
Experience managing commercial, healthcare, education, or institutional construction projects.
Strong knowledge of scheduling, sequencing, jobsite logistics, and construction methods.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple subcontractors and trades.
Strong understanding of safety regulations and quality control standards.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency with construction technology and project management software.
Stable work history and desire to build a long-term career with a premier contractor.
