My client is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead a municipal construction project, beginning with a town hall development for a highly respected Southeast general contractor. Description

• Lead and manage municipal construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
• Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders effectively.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

Profile

• Proven experience serving as Superintendent on commercial construction projects
• Municipal, public-sector, civic, K-12, higher education, or similar project experience preferred
• Strong background managing subcontractors and maintaining project schedules
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality excellence
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Stable work history with reputable general contractors
• Ability to build relationships with owners, consultants, and project teams
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
