Reporting to the Project Manager, the Superintendent will be responsible for leading all on-site construction operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Requirements Manage and coordinate all field activities from site mobilization through project completion. Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules to achieve key project milestones. Lead subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to drive productivity, safety, and quality performance. Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with project plans, building codes, and company standards. Partner with Project Managers, ownership representatives, consultants, and trade partners to proactively resolve field issues. Maintain project documentation including daily reports, manpower tracking, material deliveries, and pay application reviews. Oversee project closeout activities, punch-list completion, commissioning efforts, and turnover procedures.| Location | Houston, TX |
