Construction Site Manager
Our client is a well-established general contractor with over 60 years of experience delivering award-winning projects across the DC metro region. Job Description
- Lead all on-site construction activities from preconstruction through closeout
- Manage subcontractors, site logistics, inspections, and daily coordination
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
- Maintain project schedules and proactively resolve field issues
- Conduct daily site walks, progress meetings, and maintain field documentation
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and local authorities
- Mentor assistant superintendents and field staff
- Represent the company professionally with clients and stakeholders

The Successful Applicant
- 5-10+ years of experience as a Superintendent on ground-up projects
- Varied project experience (not limited to interiors or multifamily)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and scheduling software
- OSHA 30 certification and deep understanding of construction safety standards
- Must be local to Northern Virginia or willing to commute regularly
