We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Superintendent to join our team in Vineland, NJ. As a Site Superintendent, you will play a crucial role in overseeing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that everything runs smoothly, safely, and on schedule. Responsibilities

• Manage daily on-site operations and coordinate activities among various trades.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
• Oversee project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and clients.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site promptly and effectively.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs and reports.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to site personnel, fostering a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Superintendent or in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Data Center exp a Plus
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and building codes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate a team.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA, First Aid) are a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in construction management or a related field is preferred.
