Job Details

Oversee demolition of a small single-lane, 3-span bridge over a creek
Manage installation and removal of a shallow steel sheet pile cofferdam (approx. 18' x 20')
Direct construction of a cast-in-place pier, including footer, 12' column, and hammerhead
Coordinate potential setting of precast abutments and beams (pending final scope confirmation)
Support drilled pile installation performed by geotech/piling subcontractor crew
Oversee use of crawler crane for demo, piling support, pier construction, cofferdam operations, and possible beam setting
Manage construction and use of a small temporary causeway for site access
Coordinate site logistics within a public park setting in an active urban traffic environment
Ensure project stays on schedule for the approximate 5-month completion window
Manage on-site safety, quality control, and coordination with supporting crews
