They desire hard-working individuals with experience in wastewater and / or water treatment projects including site development, deep foundations, and other heavy concrete scopes. While utilities and mechanical aspects are a factor with these projects, concrete is their bread-and-butter. This self-perform focused GC offer a wide range of construction planning and management services and are always committed to understanding their client's needs. They are smaller, with about 30 employees across two offices and projects spanning $20M - $80M in value. Their biggest selling point is the strong company culture and opportunity to provide above-market bonuses given the small amount of overhead and high demand for their services.
