Job Description
Lead all day-to-day field operations on an active wastewater infrastructure project in New Bedford, MA. Manage project schedules, subcontractors, vendors, and self-perform crews. Coordinate underground utility installation activities, including deep excavation work. Maintain a safe and productive jobsite while enforcing company safety standards. Collaborate with project management teams to ensure cost, quality, and schedule objectives are achieved. Conduct regular meetings with field personnel, subcontractors, and project stakeholders. Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve field issues. Oversee project documentation, inspections, and compliance requirements.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent - Water/Wastewater should have:
- Proven experience as a Lead Superintendent running projects independently
- Strong background in site work and underground utility construction (required)
- Experience managing deep excavation projects, including work approximately 25 feet below grade
- Wastewater, pump station, or water infrastructure experience preferred
- Ability to lead field teams, coordinate multiple trades, and drive project schedules
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver's license and ability to commute to New Bedford, MA
- Willingness to support projects primarily throughout the South Shore region following completion of the current assignment

- Base salary: $125,000 - $165,000
