The company maintains a close-knit team environment, offers direct access to ownership, and continues to experience steady growth fueled by a robust project pipeline.Job DescriptionLead all day-to-day field operations on an active wastewater infrastructure project in New Bedford, MA. Manage project schedules, subcontractors, vendors, and self-perform crews. Coordinate underground utility installation activities, including deep excavation work. Maintain a safe and productive jobsite while enforcing company safety standards. Collaborate with project management teams to ensure cost, quality, and schedule objectives are achieved. Conduct regular meetings with field personnel, subcontractors, and project stakeholders. Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve field issues.
