Job Description
- Manage day-to-day operations on water and wastewater construction projects.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and team members to ensure project timelines are met.
- Monitor safety protocols and ensure compliance with all safety regulations on-site.
- Oversee project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are achieved.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress.
- Identify and resolve any challenges or issues that arise during project execution.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.

The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience as a Lead Superintendent managing construction projects independently
- Strong sitework and underground utility construction experience (required)
- Comfortable overseeing deep excavation work (approximately 25 feet deep)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to commute to New Bedford, MA and support projects throughout the South Shore region

- Base Salary: $130,000 - $160,000
