Lead Superintendent For Pump Station ProjectLead all field operations for an active $18M pump station and utility infrastructure project in New Bedford, MA. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal crews to maintain project schedules. Oversee deep excavation and underground utility installation work. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards on-site. Monitor project quality, productivity, and progress while proactively solving field challenges. Partner closely with project management and leadership teams throughout the project lifecycle. Manage daily site activities, logistics, and workforce planning.
