Who We Want Miller Industries is seeking a Superintendent for our new location in Waterford, Michigan. The Superintendent is responsible for overseeing a 400 square foot facility which includes daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, safety, and productivity. This role leads production teams, manages workflow and resources, and implements continuous improvement initiatives to meet company goals. Superintendent plays a critical role in driving on-time delivery, minimizing downtime, and optimizing labor and material usage. What You Will Be Doing
What You Get Paid The position pays a competitive salary. What Requirements Are Needed Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent work experience). Experience: 5+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
