You’ll be the driving force behind project execution—leading teams, solving problems in real time, and ensuring every detail aligns with schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
This role is ideal for a hands-on Superintendent who enjoys being at the center of the action, building strong relationships on-site, and delivering multifamily communities that stand the test of time.
What You’ll Do
- Take full responsibility for day-to-day field operations on multifamily construction projects
- Lead, coordinate, and supervise subcontractors and field teams to drive project success
- Maintain and manage project schedules—proactively identifying risks and keeping work on track
- Ensure all work meets quality standards, plans, and specifications
- Champion a strong safety culture, enforcing best practices and immediately addressing hazards
- Coordinate inspections, materials procurement, and trade sequencing
- Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for clients, consultants, and partners
- Maintain organized site operations, including documentation, logs, and reporting
- Support preconstruction and closeout efforts, including RFIs, bid packages, and commissioning
- Foster a collaborative, accountable jobsite environment where teams perform at a high level
What You Bring
- 8+ years of construction experience, with deep expertise in multifamily projects (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of scheduling, sequencing, and field coordination across all trades
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents and drive execution accordingly
- OSHA-10 required; OSHA-30 preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Project; experience with Procore and Bluebeam a plus
- Familiarity with high-performance or energy-efficient building standards (e.g., PHIUS) is a plus
- Tech-savvy in the field, comfortable using mobile tools for reporting and coordination
