Job Details

We are seeking a Superintendent to manage field operations and lead construction scheduling for commercial tenant improvement and ground-up projects in Austin, TX.

Job details:
Take part in preconstruction and help build and maintain the construction schedule
Manage field operations and take responsibility for jobsite safety
Attend weekly OAC meetings and site or foreman meetings
Work directly with the site project management team, architects, and landlords

Qualifications:
Several years of qualified experience as a superintendent for a commercial general contractor
Experience in interior tenant improvements or ground-up construction
Completion of OSHA 30 desired; certification assistance provided if hired
Able to read drawings, build schedules, and use platforms such as Plangrid
Strong verbal and written communication skills, onsite and with clients, architects, and landlords
Able to operate in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction from senior management
Able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
