Job Details

In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day leadership, performance and development of attorneys and paralegals while ensuring accountability, effective delegation and consistent professional growth across the legal team. This role is responsible for supervising legal strategy, work quality, matter progression, deadlines, trial readiness, staffing efficiency and risk management, while maintaining high standards across the firm's legal portfolio. You will also help drive practice strategy, hiring and performance decisions, workflow improvements and technology adoption.

Qualifications:

• Admission to the Texas State Bar
• 10+ years of litigation experience
• First chair trial experience is preferred
• Extensive real estate, business, commercial, insurance defense or relevant civil litigation experience.
