Warehouse Supervisor – 2nd Shift
Location: Schuyler, NE
Schedule: Full-Time | On-Site

We are currently seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for 2nd Shift to join a growing team in Schuyler, NE. This position plays a key leadership role in warehouse operations, ensuring team performance, safety compliance, and efficient inventory management while supporting overall facility goals.
Key Responsibilities

• 
  Supervise and support a team of 5–15 warehouse employees
  
• 
  Ensure team members are properly trained and able to perform their roles efficiently
  
• 
  Provide coaching, guidance, and development to warehouse staff
  
• 
  Manage labor and resources to meet performance goals and operational targets
  
• 
  Ensure compliance with safety, food safety, and operational standards
  
• 
  Support company objectives related to productivity, cost control, customer service, and profitability
  
• 
  Verify the quality and accuracy of incoming and outgoing product
  
• 
  Oversee inventory control and shipment verification
  
• 
  Ensure proper handling and documentation of production and warehouse inventory
  
• 
  Maintain compliance with state, federal, and local regulations
  
• 
  Participate in ongoing compliance and training programs including safety, employee relations, and operational standards
  

Qualifications

• 
  Associate’s degree in Business or related field preferred, or a combination of education and experience
  
• 
  3–5 years of relevant warehouse or operations experience, preferably in a leadership role
  
• 
  Proven experience leading and developing teams
  
• 
  Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  
• 
  Valid state-issued driver’s license
